Delivery Options: We do not offer same-day delivery options. Please plan your purchase accordingly. Deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays, except for Mother's Day. Additionally, delivery may be unavailable on certain days due to full capacity or when we are working off-site at a wedding or event.
Delivery Area and Pricing: All products depicted on this website are available for local delivery within the Hills District and surrounding areas. The delivery service prices vary depending on the delivery suburb and distance, which are calculated during the checkout process. We offer delivery within a radius of up to 60km approx. from our studio. Our delivery fees (inclusive of GST) are categorised into the following zones: Zone 1: 0-5km free, Zone 2: 6-10km $11.00, Zone 3: 11-15km $16.50, Zone 4: 16-20km $22.00, Zone 5: 21-25km $27.50, Zone 6: 26-30km $33.00, Zone 7: 31-35km $38.50, Zone 8: 36-40km $44.00, Zone 9: 41-45km $49.50, Zone 10: 46-50 $55.00, Zone 11: 51-60km $60.00.
Out of Area or Priority Deliveries: We offer two delivery windows for your convenience: AM Delivery: Between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM / PM Delivery: Between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. While we strive to deliver within your chosen time frame, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If you require delivery at a specific time or need a delivery outside our regular delivery area, please contact us directly to make arrangements. Additional costs may apply for priority deliveries.
Delivery Process: Physical goods are delivered by our in-house driver who will handle your order carefully so it looks as beautiful as it did when it left our studio. We will also send you a picture of your order so you can see exactly what the recipient will get.
Digital Goods: Digital goods, such as gift cards, are delivered immediately. Please note that there are inherent risks associated with downloading any digital goods. If you encounter any technical problems while downloading our digital goods, please contact us for assistance.
Delivering to an Apartment Block: When delivering flowers to an apartment block, please ensure to provide accurate and complete delivery instructions, including the recipient's name, apartment number, and any special instructions required for entry. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery within the designated time frame. If access to the apartment is not possible or the recipient is unavailable, redelivery may incur additional charges.
Providing Correct Information: It is essential to provide accurate and correct information when placing an order, including the recipient's name, delivery address, contact number, and any other necessary details. We will not accept any liability for errors or delays in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided to us. Please double-check the information before submitting your order to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Safe Delivery and Redelivery: We understand that circumstances may arise where the recipient is not available or specific instructions are given by the sender. In such cases, if no one is home or if there is no authority to leave the flowers unattended, we have a protocol in place. We will make every effort to find a safe spot to leave the flowers. However, if no safe spot is identified or if the sender provides further instructions, we will securely return the flowers to Architecture in Bloom for storage. We kindly request that you provide us with informative delivery instructions to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your flowers. In situations where redelivery is required, please note that additional charges may apply. Your cooperation in providing accurate instructions is greatly appreciated.
Wet Pack: We take special care in the delivery and all of our flowers are wet packed to ensure freshness and quality of our blooms. We use eco-friendly flower hydration wrap and bags, and also repurpose the plastic sleeves and rubber bands from the market flower packaging. This approach not only helps preserve the beauty of the flowers but also minimises waste. By adopting these practices, we strive to deliver our floral arrangements in optimal condition, allowing you to enjoy the beauty and longevity of our fresh flowers.
