Purchase and Sale of Alcohol: Alcohol may be added to food hampers and flower arrangements solely for the purpose of a gift. Please note the following rules and guidelines regarding the purchase and sale of alcohol in accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998:

  1. Alcohol cannot be sold or supplied separately and may only form part of a genuine gift.

  2. The maximum volume of alcohol in a gift cannot exceed 2 Litres.

  3. In compliance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, we strictly adhere to the legal requirement of not selling or supplying alcohol to, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

  4. Gifts containing alcohol cannot be delivered to the orderer/purchaser, minors, or premises without being accepted by an adult.

  5. Delivery of gifts with alcohol must take place between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
